We provide temporary living arrangements for professionals, traveling nurses/physician as well as vacation rentals. Why do property owners partner with us? Well, it just makes sense. The landlords are guaranteed their rent on time, hassle-free. In addition to less wear and tear to the property due to our clients short-stay, with them spending very little time in the home. We also have a team of professional cleaners, thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the home after each client checks-out, including carpet cleaning. As far as maintenance, we are committed to cover minor issues within the home, up to $300. We complete a thorough background check on each guest. Lastly, we complete a thorough background check on each guest for safety purposes.
